BRITTANY WILLIS

Brittany joined our team in mid-2020 as a paralegal before being admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023. Brittany brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her legal work.

Before joining us, Brittany worked in litigation support across various Australian jurisdictions, with a strong focus in New South Wales. This background gives her a valuable depth of insight across a range of matters.

These days, Brittany’s practice is primarily in property law—handling conveyancing, leases, and subdivisions with care and precision. She also assists clients with wills and estates matters, including family provision claims.

Outside of work, Brittany has no children but devotes plenty of time and attention to her very demanding rescue dog, who keeps her on her toes!

STEVEN HOPPER

Our principal lawyer, Steven Hopper, brings over 15 years of legal experience. Throughout his career, Steven has worked with both small and large firms in the Albury-Wodonga region, honing his expertise in property law, conveyancing, and wills and estates. His in-depth knowledge of these areas enables him to deliver personalized, practical legal solutions that address each client's unique needs.

Steven takes a hands-on, personal approach to every case, aiming to make the legal process as comfortable and transparent as possible for his clients. Whether you're a first home buyer, adding to your property portfolio or a seasoned property developer, Steven and his team are here to provide the expert guidance you need—delivered with care, professionalism, and integrity.

Outside of his legal practice, Steven is a proud father of three young children. He enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and coaching soccer in the local community. Steven values a healthy work-life balance and is committed to fostering meaningful connections within the area, both through his professional work and personal activities.
